Day 17 - June 11th Day 16 - Eli, Dr. Gilert's nurse called to tell me initial results from MRI(s) taken last Friday. She has send images to both Dr. Schaefer - podiatrist Hank Wright - physical therapist is forwarding my file(s) to a neurosurgeon they recommend near Piedmont Hospital to set up an appointment for me to meet with them for their analysis. 9:22 am lean - 3 directions, count to 5, 2 reps lying down, count to 2, 3 reps arm raises 10 knee raises 10 torso twist - 5 to right, 1 to left leaning onto calfs, count to 5, 5 reps both legs reading writing propped up on bed against wall 3:30 to 9:30 LEAN Arm/Knee Raises Torso Twist laying down hand raises Leg Stretches - lean I found 10 reps painful reduced to 5

Day 12 lean 3 directions, count to 5, 2 reps laying down, count to 2, 3 reps leaning onto calfs, count to 5, 5 reps both legs walked around first floor of house to check for soreness and pain 1. mild page in back upper calf muscle just below the knees 2. slight soreness in back of thighs otherwise fine Friday appointment for MRI that Dr. Gilbert has scheduled to explore what a neurologist would look for as the cause of my pain

Day 11

Day 11 woke just before 6 this morning sat propped up on my bed reading, writing, corresponding with friends around the globe. 10 one round of exercises lean 3 directions, 5, twice lying down 2 directions 2 reps each hand raising 10 knee raising 10 calf lean 5, 5 second both sides soreness in calves pain in back of thighs

Day 10 7:00 exercises lean 3 directions laying 2 directions leaning onto leg two directions arm raise 10 knee raise 10 torso twist 5 both sides 7:13 exercises lean 3 directions laying 2 directions leaning onto leg two directions arm raise 10 knee raise 10 torso twist 5 both sides some discomfort in upper spine walked around 1st floor slight soreness in upper outer calves ans slight lower spine
