lean 3 directions, count to 5, 2 reps
laying down, count to 2, 3 reps
leaning onto calfs, count to 5, 5 reps both legs

walked around first floor of house to check for soreness and pain

1. mild page in back upper calf muscle just below the knees

2. slight soreness in back of thighs

otherwise fine

Friday appointment for MRI that Dr. Gilbert has scheduled to explore what a neurologist would look for as the cause of my pain
