woke just before 6 this morning

sat propped up on my bed reading, writing, corresponding with friends around the globe.

10 one round of exercises

lean 3 directions, 5, twice
lying down 2 directions 2 reps each
hand raising 10
knee raising 10
calf lean 5, 5 second both sides

soreness in calves
pain in back of thighs
