Eli, Dr. Gilert's nurse called to tell me initial results from MRI(s) taken last Friday.

She has send images to both
Dr. Schaefer - podiatrist
Hank Wright - physical therapist

is forwarding my file(s) to a neurosurgeon they recommend near Piedmont Hospital to set up an appointment for me to meet with them for their analysis.

torso twist - 5 to right, 1 to left
leaning onto calfs, count to 5, 5 reps both legs

Day 9

Day 9 Yesterday I experienced off and on EXTREME PAIN in my right leg in my calve or along my shin. How I sat How I laid How I positioned by leg when sitting or lying down helped Kept me awake most of the night it is still intense but not as extreme right now as I sit here on my lazy-boy chair with my legs propped up and my right foot crossed over my left ankle.
