knee raises 10
torso twist - 5 to right, 1 to left
leaning onto calfs, count to 5, 5 reps both legs

reading writing propped up on bed against wall
7 to 9:30

walked around 1st floor to drop window coverings

stiffness, slight soreness no sharp pain

Leg Stretches - lean
I found 10 reps painful
reduced to 5
