I have been dealing my leg and back pain for many years

I have been dealing my leg and back pain for many years While I worked on my dissertation I experienced a great deal of lower back pain. Massage Hot Showers Walking were the remedies, the temporary cures when I was walking 3 to 5 to 7 days a week for an hour to 3 hrs for exercise or simply walking for fun wherever I was the back pain stopped. During the past 3 1/2 years I have been experiencing on and off bouts of a. soreness in my legs: calves or thighs or both b. pain from moderate to sharp and intense in my legs: calves or thighs or both Since December some physical therapy exercises have helped with the back pain and sometimes with the leg soreness or pain. Most recently those exercises and others have helped but not for long Also my GP has had me a. add B-12 pills to my mix of medicines b. stopped taking the statin pill for two weeks (no improvement) Friends have recommended a. yoga b. massage c. acupuncture d. podiatry work, orthodics again for the 3rd time in the last 39 years....
