Leaning forward and to both sides (5 times, 2 reps)

laying on side (2 times, 3 reps both sides)

leaning onto calves (5 times for 10 seconds each both sides)

arm raise (5 times both sides)

upper torso twist (5 times both sides)

results

some soreness in right shoulder blade

some soreness while walking in upper and outer thighs
a little in calves on upper outer parts.
