Day #2 in my goal to walk for fun once again

very broken sleep due to pain and soreness in my legs and at my leg/hip joints

have done the exercises twice since I stopped trying to sleep and sat up.

now a 3rd time at 6:28 am

soreness in upper outside of calves

some soreness in bottom of buttox, both sides

some soreness in upper spine

feeling like a knot in right scapula/shoulder blade
